Welp, in 3 weeks and counting down, I will be back to civilization and back to a real gym with up-to-date equipment and new goals that happen to fit in with the whole new years resolution bit. I am going to join the CrossFit cult, not because I think its the best of the best, but just because I want to make an informed decision on the whole idea since it seems the Military is going that directions. I do however need to drop some BW/BF so I can fit into my new Dress Blues for my last and final Battalion Ball in Hawaii before I move back to the mainland and settle in Washington State with a new Unit. And if I plan to goto this Ball, I gotta look hot and strippers will only date you if you’re hot…hahahaha. Yep, I gotta find a date for this thing to, might as well go out with a bang and try n bring the fittest and most badest chick in Hawaii, so yea, things to ponder… and gotta hurry to get home so I can start this crossfit journey.

today im sitting at work, in iraq and wishing i was at the gym instead of staring at this computer answering emails and blah blah blah. I wish  the time i spent in the gym was longer then an hour because once i walk out the door of the gym, i get sad again and begin looking forward to the next day. All the bicep curls, squats, wrist curls, skullcrusher pushing out one more, pushing out 2 more. gigidy gigidy… so im going to answe more random work emails and just daydream about my gym time tonight.
