2 week goal: lose 10 lbs.
March 16, 2009My short-term plan is to cut 10 lbs from my rambunctious mid-section. My strategy involves 2 rigorous workouts added to my current weight-training program. Ab-work (every other day) and cardio (1 to 3 times a day) will be the basis of it all. Simple and yet pure genius. My fatty-fat-fat has no chance against this strategic workout plan I have masterminded. I am the architect of this destruction. Fatty-fat-fat doesn’t stand a chance… It has death written all over it.
I will also eat smart. No sweets and only clean meats (skinless chicken breasts)…
I’m ready. Let’s go.
