Do Work
Around dinner time put a 4 Cheese Pizza in the oven. Looked at the pizza and decided to put on the running shorts and shoes and told myself im going to work for it. threw the pie in the oven and Took myself outside, rolled out the tire and punished myself. My cardio is still not where it needs to be but there is still no quit in me. Sprints, a couple 1/4 mile jogs, several tire flips, and a couple suicide runs between mailboxes. Felt good after and only ate small portions of that cheese pizza (no crust). I know its not the best thing to eat, but its a small start to a bigger goal!
