Back on it… well sorta
Got fed up with lazyness today, took it outside, despite the heat. Did a little short sprints, air squats, flipped the rire across the yard, and then put on the body armor and did some more short sprints/Jogs, more jogging than sprints at this time, and a couple more tire. Felt great afterwards. Looking foward to my next PT session. Maybe i can break the hold laziness has on me yet!
