I am done with screwing around and i am gonna try to shred myself and I get my BF% as low as I can, issue it i have leg pain cramps and knots which limits my running. Well as my days in afghanistan are now few i am starting to target specific actions and workouts for my return to the baseball field. I am returning for my senior year in college and as i left to come out to Afghanistan i had considerable interest from a few Major League teams. So my motivation to get back out there and do well is at a all time high. But i am wondering if anyone has made a similar comeback like this, and i was hoping for some pointers if anyone out there would be so kind, i am starting a throwing routine as soon as my glove arrives, got to love the mail system, so that will be updated every session.

Well i am in a tough spot, i am busting my ass in the gym and running every other day, but i cant drop any weight, i am stuck at 230 and i have been trying to drop to at least 215. but it is like no matter what i do nothing helps, and the two a day style workouts are starting to drain me of energy and power and almost feel alseep in the gym this morning….what is going on, i am still doing all my supps, BSN and Animal and nothing is helping…i would like your opinion

I need some help, for the past week or so i have been getting deep stabbing pains in my forearms, it mainly comes from standing curls and then anything i really squeeze on. I felt it terrible this morning doing bench, i lost control of the weight and it sucks cause i could not get a pump from that exercise. making a fist fing kills me, this is a very deep pain that does not seem to go away, anyone ever got this? know how to help it??

Great stuff today, all four pitches, good power, and location, workouts are stepping up so everything is going good, some soreness still, which may be from throwing with alot of upper body and not enough legs, which stands to be normal for me, but i am starting to understand my leg strength so things should improve

Got another on in, and today was a good day, besides the rainy weather and the moist ball, strength went up and endurance, not to much on top speed, again at 75%, so not sure there, about to mix in change ups, good extension and location all around, good movement down and in, had good cut on two seam, so over all it was a big step in the right direction
