End of Week 3
So I’m still at it on the 12 week transformation program. I still feel weak compared to what I was over the summer, but that’s to be expected considering how much time I had to take off from lifting.
I already know I will be missing the Friday: Legs/Shoulders workout this week as I am leaving for a Vegas weekend on Thursday and coming back Sunday morning for Mother’s Day.
Gains have been ok, not great but ok. Size is getting a little better and strength is slowly improving. Its mostly my arms holding my back on heavy rows or any kind of press.
We’ll see what the remaining 9 weeks have in store for me.
