After Working at Cumberland farms 24/7 I needed a vacation so in 4 hours i’m heading to the airport at 5am to go take a nice relaxing road trip WOOT! Can’t wait I’ll be gone for bout 1 week and a half then back to reality i guess. But i’ll have to admit on vacation I’ll probably be getting trashed off my ass and eating some munchies while drunk hehe.
Relaxation is the best!! Try it sometime it works wonders O_-.

yestreday me, my mom, and dave left early in the morning at about 11am and biked 20 miles. We biked in a state park which the sercenary was nice but the bumpy bike paths killed my butt lol. We ended up spliting up and when it came around the time to leave we couldn’t find dave. I would really have to say my only down fall of yestreday was it took us forever to find dave which made me late to work. Other than that I am feeling it today but as they say no pain no gain.

This is my second day that I have started biking yestreday I only biked 5 miles in 34 minutes. But today I managed to bike 13 miles in 50 minutes. After that bike ride today….ugh my ass hurts like hell from that damn bike. I haven’t been on a bike since last summer and that was only for a week. I’m going to be biking everyday to train for a 25 mile bike marathon. I don’t know if I can do it. But I know that I am going to try and push myself. I know that with biking it will get my butt and legs into shape and my college semster is done in 2 weeks so I will have more time to work, go to the gym and bike. Also hopefully have enough time to have some relaxation. In the end the only thing I want is a full body massage!! and i’m sure all women can agree with me on that
and of course a lean mean fighten machine body

My weight keeps going up and down I’m trying to get under 210 to start and then get down below 200 but I keep doing this little "wave game" with my weight its pissing me off damnit!! I don’t know what to do….I’m not going to give up. I need to get my ass to the gym , but wtf i don’t have enough money not until tuesday that is haha. I am going to pay for a full year membership and get my ass their and start working out hard core. What would even be better though is if i had a workout buddy or even a guy workout buddy for that matter!! That would be great! I don’t even know how to set up a good work out routine.. -.- how frustrating.. Well time to fix some breakfast.

Well I didn’t update my weight loss because I had gained like 5 pounds from just munching on a snack or two for 3 days which was embarassing. Its really hard to try and stay away from the treats -.- . So far I have lost 17lbs and my goal for this very moment is to shoot for 200lbs because then I will have lost 35lbs
WOOOHOOO!! lol. Well i’m slowly working on it. When it gets a little nicer outside I am going to go biking. I want to try and get all of this weight off by graduation. or at least hit 200lbs by graduation. Guess its time to start going to the gym soon.

I’ve been on this diet now for 2 weeks and i’m about ready to go insane. I was just used to eating carbs left and right but i don’t really know if it is true that carbs can be addicting..but i’m slowly getting through it. I’ve lost 8 lbs so far and i’m trying to get to 165lbs. I haven’t even been to the gym yet. I just wanted to see how well i would do on this diet.
