I’ve been slacking on these blogs. At least it’s been only on my blogs and not my diet or workouts. I managed to make it through 4 x-mas parties without eating bad. One reason is I make sure when I bring my dish to the party its something healthy and a protein source. I figure someone is always going to bring a veggie tray so that gives me 2 things to eat. Anyway…..just writing a blog so the bodyspace site will stop sending me emails to tell how much I been slacking.
