Found out I gain some weight today. Not sure if its muscle or fat or water weight. Kinda disappointed, been watching what I eat lately, I guess I need to step it up a bit more. Fell off my bike last week thursday, pulled something in my right leg as i was trying to stable myself at high speeds (going down hill while side swipping the elevated pavement, it wasent pretty) Hurt my ego more than anything, but the leg started to act up but i proceeded to do the remaining 10 miles pretty much biking with one leg.
Still looking for some work out equipment to purchase, some 25 and 35lb barbells and a bench. Going for the lean look not the bulked up look. anwyas, just passing some time at work trying to stratigize a game plan for the coming weeks. More than likely gonna get back on the bike again after work. Might just start biking to work instead of taking the train.
