hit the gym and did bi’s and tri’s. getting back into the groove. gotta eat alot more than i do if i want to get my weight back up. i normally stop by burger king after a workout and get 2 whopper jr’s no lettuce no onion. quick protein boost. tomorrow is chest day.

it seems like something is always happening to me that prevents me from getting into the gym. this time a blood clot snuck up in my lower leg and i have been out of the gym for about 2 months now. i jumped on the scale i got at home and it said 230lbs i was at 245lbs. so for the next two months i will be in the gym 5 days a week and sometimes twice a day. i want to gain 18 to 20 lbs in two months. i got good genetics and great muscle memory. stay tuned for weekly updates.

my recent stomach flu dropped me down from 250 to 240lbs. i weighed today and i am at 242lbs. i was recently trying to gain the weight back anyway i could (eating everything in sight) but then i thought i need to gain good solid weight. the first thing im doing is getting nitrotech fruit punch intead of the vanilla strawberry where i used milk. secondly i am going to try and gain 1lb of solid weight per week. my goal is to hit 250lbs by nov 1st. and 260lbs by jan 1st……..stay tuned.
