Getting started
Today is the first day of my contest diet. I eat healthy most of the time, but on the weekend I get away from my healthy eating habits. Now, I’m all the way in. No cheat days for me. I’m starting my diet at 220lbs. I will be posting progress pics every 2 weeks, wish me luck.
