Well, its been 4 whole days since my competition and I been eating anything I can get my hands on. I have been eating BK for breakfast, popeyes, CoCo’s (Curry house out here) everything. I am real sluggish and tired and usually just lay on the couch when I get home and look at some movies. I actually am ready to get to my bulking diet. I will start my diet next week, until then I will eat my Reeses Pieces.

Its finally over and my body is still hurting. Yesterday I competed in my first competition, the 13th Annual Far East BB Comp here in Okinawa, Japan. I was very happy about the outcome, I placed 3rd in the light-heavies. We had the biggest division with 9 competitors and they were all good. I have only been lifting weights seriously for a year, so I still have a lot to learn and improvements to make, but the outcome from last night only motivates me more. I plan on doing at least 2 shows in 09. I’m going to rest up for now, but in 2 weeks its time to work.

Today is the first day of my contest diet. I eat healthy most of the time, but on the weekend I get away from my healthy eating habits. Now, I’m all the way in. No cheat days for me. I’m starting my diet at 220lbs. I will be posting progress pics every 2 weeks, wish me luck.
