I’m sick of this up and down thing that I have been going thru for the past couple years. I’m setting my goals for 2008 I left bally’s to join La Fitness and I like it a lot better. All I have to do is stick to my goals and stay focused I’ve been doing pretty good lately I’m around 210 should be ready by the spring

I was on track making good progress then i got a little under the weather. But now I am back on track now.  I have been working out on and off for the past few years I’m trying to make sure I stay in the gym this time.
