I had to have my rotator cuff repaired which ended my baseball career, and it still hurts to bench sometimes to this day.</description>

					<description>I've thought about weighing myself today, but what would be the point. If I'm down weight, maybe I lost some fat...or maybe I didn't eat enough for breakfast. If I'm up in weight, maybe I put on some muscle......or maybe I ate too much for breakfast.

Once a month seems about right. I really wish I could find someone with a cloth tape so I could get some measurements.</description>

I've set aside extra workout time for this day, as my chest needs a good spanking. 5:30am isn't the nicest time to wake, but if that's what it takes to build it up....</description>
