Today starts a new path. A new goal has been established. The plan is in place, and the vision is clear. I am two days in, and the future is near.

I’ve thought about weighing myself today, but what would be the point. If I’m down weight, maybe I lost some fat…or maybe I didn’t eat enough for breakfast. If I’m up in weight, maybe I put on some muscle……or maybe I ate too much for breakfast.
Once a month seems about right. I really wish I could find someone with a cloth tape so I could get some measurements.
