Got Promotoed, moved to a new office, have a kickin chicken restraunt next door = going bankrupt on their chicken. Up 11lbs, and staying pretty lean (Abs visable). I’m looking to put on another 6 this month. I’ll be posting picks end of July showing my 3mo transformation. Normally I don’t bench, but a shoulder injury is keeping me off the DBs. I’m trowing up 225 like butta, so itll be interesting to track it as it’s a new movement. Jiggy Jiggy

I’m not pleased, but I suppose it’s fine.
I know I can do more, but tomorrow I go in for the MRIs on both shoulders. It’s the strongest I’ve been in months, but I know I can do better. Taking it easy till I get the results. I think it’s just some stabilizers muscles, but the truth will be known soon.

Today starts a new path. A new goal has been established. The plan is in place, and the vision is clear. I am two days in, and the future is near.
