Day 33, Tuesday, April 10, I took as a rest day to recover from previous 3 days strength training days. I did cardio intense day with 20 minute run for 2 miles and felt great and not tired. I also did some mountain biking for 45 minutes following with mostly hill climbs. Hopefully does not effect Leg strength day for Day 35. Followed nutrition program today with 6 meals and felt back into the groove of the diet after a traveling weekend.
Day 34, Wednesday, April 11, is 1 day delayed for Chest and Triceps. Still felt tired and sore today in triceps ether from missing extra meal before workout or still tired from previous weeks strength training. I may have overworked triceps last week with 2 days on triceps with supersets and triple drop sets. Today felt good, but lost endurance and strength at the end of each exercise. Felt good on Bench reaching 205, but once I hit 5 rep, died due to fatigue and rest f chest exercises ended with same results. Still had a great workout, but not with same weights as typical. Next Chest/Tri workout I will make sure that I eat before training and not do extra triceps exercises. Still feeling good through program and ready to push through Week 5. Ready to finish strong tomorrow with Leg workout.
