Day 27 and 28, April 4 and 5. It is a rest day and makeup Tricep day. Glad I rested on Wednesday. Feel refreshed and more energy on Thursday. Had a great workout with new high weights and reps for both muscle groups! Best overhead Tri extension with 70, and an awesome 7ST with superset of skull crushers, Tri extends, and close grip benchowing supersets of 7 sets. Also did a high weight decline AB crunch with 70 pounds! Awesome! tomorrow morning, we will attempt a leg workout before traveling again. Feeling great going into week 5, phase 2 of program. Still looking lean and cut, with a bit more bulk. Time to measure and take pictures of the results. Keeping it going!
