Day 5, March 13, and is to be a shoulder, calf,, and abs day. Busy life and work day, but got in a 1 hour cardo walk before work. However, evening required me to miss workout. I plan to make up tomorrow by swapping rest days. Still did a good cardio today and followed eating requirement with 2 shakes and 1 shake and egg white crepe that was delicious. Definitely recommend recipe from site to others. Back at it tomorrow to make it up.
