I just have to throw it out there, that tody after 2 months of working I hit my goal of under 20′ 30" on a 3 mile run. I only beat it by 2" but it felt great to hit that 3 mile marker, stop my watch, and look down to see that I did it. Not only that but I’m down to 180Lbs. So only 5 more to go by the end of the year for another goal, and only 1.5% more BF to lose. Slowly but surely. Yesterday I wasn’t able to get on, but the update on that is I ran 5 miles in 39′ 32". So that’s not too shaby at all. It’s the first time I have really run that far by choice.
Other than that I bought some protien just to make up for the lack there of in the food here, so hopefully that will help the lean muscle stay on rather tahn drop when I keep running a lot.

So there I was, taking a shower, when I looked out and into the mirror. I flexed a bit, as I do during showers just to see where my body is. To my suprise I could see my abs starting to take shape. I can feel each individual muscle of 8 abs, and the top 4 are starting to show. Well when I flex hard enough. I just need to lose a lot of my spare tire area to get the rest showing. I keep going online and figuring my BF% and it says as of now im sitting between 11-12% which seems a bit low to me, but who knows it could be true. Someone tell me, 5′ 9", 182lbs, 16 in neck, and 32 in waist. I dont know, I just plug and play. Ive been running my ass off lately, and working abs a lot, possibly to the over worked extent, but I am loving every minute of it. I actually did some weight lifting today. I gotmy bench max at 275. I want to get 20 more pounds on that. Basically I just want to push a 45, 35, 25, 10, 5, and a 2.5 on each side so that nice little slop of weights is there. Yea, I have weirs goals. Let’s see if I can do it by new years.
Well I just finished syncing my new playlist for the gym, and I have to be up for work in about 5 and a half hours. Word.

I’ve been posting a few of my daily pictures on here to track my changes, but I’m not seeing as much change as I would like. It hasnt been too long since I have been doing the picture a day, and I’m sure had I started on the first training day that I would notice a hell of a difference, but I want more results damnit. Isn’t that what everyone wants?
I’ve really been pushing when it comes to the run. I find my boiling point, so to speak, and I run just beyond that. I just can’t seem to break the 21 minute 3 mile barrier. No matter how hard a push, my best time has been 21′ 03". So close. I alternate days with sprints and my 3 mile run to try to get my stamina up, but its going to take a lot more work.
My ab workouts have just been upped a bit. I moved from 10 to 12 reps, and my holding time between sets went from 10 sec to 15 sec. Needless to say I am feeling it a little more than I was. My abs are starting to feel a lot tighter and when I crunch I can definately tell that there is a lot more there than there used to be, I just still want to be able to see more definition. One thing i can say that is starting to look god is my "V", or pelvic muscle.
As far as the rest of my workout is concerned. I am noticing that I am getting pretty tight all around. My arms, chest, back and shoulders are defining quite well. They are getting tight and when I lift I’m definately feeling it and seeing a positive change in the amout or weight and reps. I made 2 reps of 255 on bench yesterday, no spot. So I think with a spot I would have at least attempted the 3rd. So that’s pretty good.
I guess we will jsut have to see how the next 4 months I have over here treat me. Thats plenty of time to see some major change. Now just to do something about my diet. Chow hall food is not meant to help yo ulose weight.

I’ve been doin really good with my work out routine. However, comma pause for effect, we had a squadron function yesterday, which completely knocked me off track and I missed a day that normally I wouldn’t have. Then, rather than be completely worn out at work and useless, I decided to go to sleep insted of squeezing in any gym time. I’ll probably pay for it when tape time comes around on saturday, but its cool, my BF% is dropping. I’m sitting at approx 14.23% working my way down to somewhere under 10. Lets see how it works out. I need some more motivation to get out there and run sometimes tho. I do it, but I don’t always feel like I’m always getting the most out of my runs. I’m down to a 21 minute 3 mile run time, but I’m aiming for under 18 minutes. Just another goal for the charts.
