Glad to hear somebody else has days like this. There are some days, especially after a few weeks of hard workouts, that I am so hungry that I eat anything I can get my hands on all day long. It's more likely happen if I either am not getting enough sleep or if I drink alcohol. To avoid blowing my form away on days like this, I try not to keep any empty carbs or high-fat foods in my house.

Congrats on achieving your running goal--that's awesome. I am actually in the Air Force stationed in southern Afghanistan so I understand the challenge with getting a proper diet. Keep up the hard work!!!

Try running up hills or mountains if you can, every couple of weeks. It will really help your cardio.
