I’ve been posting a few of my daily pictures on here to track my changes, but I’m not seeing as much change as I would like. It hasnt been too long since I have been doing the picture a day, and I’m sure had I started on the first training day that I would notice a hell of a difference, but I want more results damnit. Isn’t that what everyone wants?
I’ve really been pushing when it comes to the run. I find my boiling point, so to speak, and I run just beyond that. I just can’t seem to break the 21 minute 3 mile barrier. No matter how hard a push, my best time has been 21′ 03". So close. I alternate days with sprints and my 3 mile run to try to get my stamina up, but its going to take a lot more work.
My ab workouts have just been upped a bit. I moved from 10 to 12 reps, and my holding time between sets went from 10 sec to 15 sec. Needless to say I am feeling it a little more than I was. My abs are starting to feel a lot tighter and when I crunch I can definately tell that there is a lot more there than there used to be, I just still want to be able to see more definition. One thing i can say that is starting to look god is my "V", or pelvic muscle.
As far as the rest of my workout is concerned. I am noticing that I am getting pretty tight all around. My arms, chest, back and shoulders are defining quite well. They are getting tight and when I lift I’m definately feeling it and seeing a positive change in the amout or weight and reps. I made 2 reps of 255 on bench yesterday, no spot. So I think with a spot I would have at least attempted the 3rd. So that’s pretty good.
I guess we will jsut have to see how the next 4 months I have over here treat me. Thats plenty of time to see some major change. Now just to do something about my diet. Chow hall food is not meant to help yo ulose weight.
