					<description>I admire your enthusiasm and determination, but please allow me to give you a piece of advice...clean up your diet.  You'll have a hard time making good muscle gain eating what you described here.  There's lots of info about good bodybuilding diets on this site.  You'll be amazed at how your body transforms if you combine exercise with a good clean diet!  Good luck!</description>

					<description>Don't sweat it . . . sometimes you just don't feel like training and that is fine.  Especially if your knee was hurting, you don't want to push it and turn what may have been a &amp;amp;#34;ding&amp;amp;#34; into something chronic.  Hell, I missed 2 days this week because I was sick.  I might have been able to force myself into the gym but I would have been miserable. Got back in this morning and it's all good.

I guess my point is, don't beat yourself up over it.  It was one day.  Just vow to yourself that you'll make that the exception and not a trend.</description>
