My goal: 80kg
Monday, March 10th, 2008Ok it’s already 1 month I’m back in the gym after break. At the begining I weigh 63.5 kg. Started to eat more, drink some protein shakes, train 3 times in a week, and result is 66kg. It’s great for me, and my motivation rising. I just bought creatine monohydrate and weight gainer. So I’m looking forward to the results of next month.
