Redline and Lipodrene

Redline before workout.

45 minutes weights. shoulders and back today.
1 hour intense cardio, my heart rate was a constant 180 - 183.

Tuna and broccoli afterwards, followed by a Lipodrene.

omg, i am flipping the %$#& out!
