Random thoughts

Yesterday was one of the crappiest days I’ve had at the gym in a whiiile. I had no energy at all, but I wasn’t about to skip my session, so I worked out but immediately got tired and had to push myself way harder than usual just to get through my usual workout. I eat very clean and still have no idea what could have cause that. Maybe just a bad day…

Today I made a change. I’ve been a pesco vegetarian for almost 2 years. Well, I had chicken today! I only had a little bit to see how my body would react to it, but I am fine, and i’ll be honest and say that it was goooood. I think If I want to make it easier for myself to get in all the protein I need, I should try to at least start eating chicken again…Now steak or any of that other stuff, I will pass on though…I’ll stick to my whey protein <3

I should take new progress pictures…Since I started, I’ve lost 2 inches off my waist and hips, 1.5 inches off my thighs and armssss, and .5 from my calves. I wasn’t weight training back then though.

Unfortunately, I have to go work at lovely Best Buy now. Be back laterrr.

    the tiredness could be from a cold or something coming on, that is what usually grabs me and saps my energy out of nowhere during the winter…get some vitamin c! Great job on the progress

    kudos for pushing through… for a quick boost to the immune system, check out E-mergenC… over 1000mg of vitamin C and other goodness.. it’s kept me going when I’ve not felt my best (work or play)
