HERE IS A UPDATE TO MY NEW ROUTINE

January 30, 2008

1/28: BREAKFAST
SIX STAR MUSCLE WHEY PROTEIN AND DRANK MY ONE 4OZ GLASS OF IT MIXED W/ WATER 150 CALORIES.
I ASLO TOOK 2 SIX STAR CREATINE ETHYL ESTER PILLS AND TWO LIPO-6 PILL`S

AT 2PM I TOOK ANOTHER TWO LIPO-6 PILLS
DID SOME VERY SMALL WORKOUT WITH 40LB DUMBELLS.

1/28:-DINNER-
PREMIUM BACON RANCH SALAD W/GRILLED CHICKEN W/NEWMANS OWN RANCH DRESSING,SMALL WATER.   CALORIES TOTAL 430
BOUGHT SOME PRETZELS TO SNACK ON.

1/29 WENT TO BED GOT ABOUT 7HRS OF SLEEP LAST NIGHT  , WOKE UP AT 800AM TODAY AND AT 825AM,I  TOOK 2 SIX STAR CREATINE ETHYL ESTER PILLS AND TWO LIPO-6 PILL`S ALSO DRANK MY WHEY SHAKE AT 150 CALORIES

1/29 ATE THE REST OF MY BAG OF PRETZELS TODAY TOOK TWO MORE LIPO-6 PILLS TODAY

1/29 DINNER
TODAY WAS A EXPERIMENT DAY I ATE A TURKEY MEAL AT THE RESTARAUNT IT HAD 360 CALORIES JUST ALONE IN TURKEY 50 CALORIES IN GRAVY and ABOUT A 1/2 CUP OF POTATOES AT 120 CALORIES FOR THEM AND A DRY SLICE OF TOAST 105 CALORIES. AND A GLASS OF WATER.

DURING THE DAY I DRANK IN THE TRUCK ABOUT 1/2 A GALLON OF WATER.

TODAY I DID 5 SETS OF 10 OF DUMBELL PRESSES ABOVE MY HEAD W/ 20LBS ON EACH DUMBELL.

ALSO TODAY I DID DUMBELL CURRLES I DID 5 SETS OF 20 EACH ARM FOR A TOTAL OF 100 EACH ARM I DID THIS WITH THE 20LBS ON THE DUMBELL.
AFTER THIS I DRANK A 20 OZ BOTTLE OF WATER,SWEPT OUT MY DADS TRAILER SO I DID GET SOME MOVEMENT AROUND TODAY.

1/30 IT IS NOW 4AM AND WE ARE UP HEADING TO OHIO WE HAD BREAKFAST TODAY , WE HAD A TURKEY ON RYE WITH ONE PIECE OF SWISS CHEESE , I DID HAVE MAYO ON MINE IT SHOWS 725 CALORIES AND 30GRAMS OF FAT BUT I DIDNT HAVE THE FULL STUFF ADDED LIKE THE SPICEY MUSTARD,TOMATO AND ONION AND LETTUCE SO MABY ITS LESS THEN 30GRAMS OF FAT. ANYWAY I ALSO TOOK TWO LIPO-6 PILL`S BEFORE EATTING THIS SANDWICH.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME ALSO WITH ADVICE

Hello I am the son of Deathcrue he is on here also we are a father and son trying to loose weight and build up together , I have a question when i read the side of the box for the Nutrition info what is the MAJOR thing I WANNA stay away from , calories ? calories from fat  or there is SO SO many things that are listed on the box how do I know what to do , My dad and I do a about a half hour cardo work out a day in the semi this inclused using weights and running for 2mins at a time for up to 10mins that means I run 5 times at 2mins a time ….

here is a list of what I have been eatting I know I need more water but how do i drink alot of water of my belly is full and should i drink two gallons of water at one time ? wont drinking all that water make me fatter ?

MC DONALDS DIDNT HAVE WHAT WE NEEDED TO EAT IT WAS LATE SO WE WENT TO KING GYROS IM NOT SURE OF THE CALORIES BUT WE HAD A RIB TIP DINNER THAT COMES WITH A LOAD OF FRIES AND GARLIC BREAD…AND I HAD A WATER.
I ATE TRISH`S LEFT OVER FRIES /ABOUT A HANDFULL MABY 10 I WOULD SAY SO I WOULD SAY I HAD ABOUT 1500 CALORIES

1/23: -LUNCH-
NOTHING AT ALL….

1/23: -DINNER-
WE GOT UNLOADED LATE SO WE HAD MARUCHAN INSTANT LUNCH CHICKEN THEY ARE 290 CALORIES EACH AND I HAD TWO OF THEM.

1/24: -LUNCH-
NOTHING AT ALL

YESTERDAY I TRIED SOMETHING DIFFERENT I HAD A BANQUET FAMILY SIZE  CREAMY BROCCOLI CHICKEN & CHEESE DINNER THE TOTAL CALORIES WERE 640 24G OF FAT 8G OF SATURATED FAT 0G OF TRANS FAT 60MG OF CHOLESTEROL 3960MG SODIUM 80G TOTAL CARBOHYDRATE 12G DIETARY FIBER LESS THEN 4G SUGAR 36G PROTEIN VITAMIN A 16% VITAMIN C 48% CALCIUM 40% IRON 2% THESE NUMBERS ARE ALL TIMES 4 SINCE THE MEAL SAYS 4 SERVINGS I JUST TIMES THE NUMBERS BY 4 SINCE I ATE THE COMPLETE MEAL.
