Brunch - scrambled egg and cheddar sandwich on 2 slices of whole wheat bread..bit of breakfast potato (not fried), glass of apple juice, cup of coffee w’ bit of milk or choc. milk?
At U. Dance - free Red Bull, water, un-sweetened tea w’ splenda, coffee, w’ milk, bite of bread
Dinner - healthy vegetarean dinner- salad..garnished w’ cheese, croutons?..light italian dressing, little bit of whole wheat veggie pizza?, eggplant dish?
was at a U.Mass. Greek life fundraiser for sick and needy children most of the day until midnight, needless to say I didn’t make it to the gym.
