so I’m totally not fat…..but fatter then I’d like to be…..I was doing great for a while now not so hot! I was down to 150 got back up to 165…..I can get to 150 no problem…..how do I get below that without feeling like i’m starving….or killing myself? It’s gotten to the point I almost don’t want to work out any more…..pls someone HELP!

Well the workouts are important to keep up, but it’s the diet that will get you below 150. You don’t have to starve yourself, but you do have to keep that diet CLEAN, with a slight daily calorie deficit. The hardest & most important work is the 23 hrs outside the gym with consistent clean diet, not the 1 hr or so in the gym. I know…….easier said than done. You can do it! Keep charging.
