May 25, 2009so I’m totally not fat…..but fatter then I’d like to be…..I was doing great for a while now not so hot! I was down to 150 got back up to 165…..I can get to 150 no problem…..how do I get below that without feeling like i’m starving….or killing myself? It’s gotten to the point I almost don’t want to work out any more…..pls someone HELP!
