					<description>The angled calf raises are a machine very much similar to a hack squat machine, but specifically designed only for calf raises.  I'd much rather prefer standing straight since it feels much easier to use your body's momentum when you're at an angle, but I went to my shitty gym last night which is much closer to home (Ballys).  I go there when my training partner can't make it to workout at the other gym.

I like this reverse pyramiding scheme.  It's psychological in a sense that you just did a very heavy weight and you mentally trick yourself to think that the weight on the next set is so much lighter than it really is.  Additionally, that's where I go for the mind body muscle connection and really push the TUT on my legs.</description>

Do you use a machine to get the angled standing calf raises? My gym has donkey, seated, and standing (straight up).

					<description>Normally after doing so many pullups and chinups I would of not been able to put up 225 and 205 on the bench for that many reps.  When I took creatine way back in the days, when Phosphagen HP was the greatest product on earth, I always remember it helped me stay strong throughout the workout.  That's the feeling I had today, although I was pist about re-aggravating the pain in my upper traps.</description>

					<description>If you wanna know exactly how long creatine lasts (i learned this little trick in my exercise phys class)...focus on something across the room with one eye, take your finger and apply a little bit of pressure on the outside of your eye (yes u have to touch ur eye) and wait til ur vision in that eye blacks out (should take a few seconds)...</description>
