Took me a couple days to get my head back on straight.. rather than just pick up where I left off I have decided to just hit the reset button and redo P90x from day 1. So today.. chest and back.. 235 total pushups. Elbow felt a little wonky when I did diamond pushups unfortunately.. not bad, just had to be a little careful. Pull ups are getting a weeeeee bit easier. Have the motion going right and am definitely feeling stronger.

Am going to spend next couple of hours working on my nutrition and eating plan for the next 2 weeks. For some reason nutrition is the hardest thing for me to conquer. I presently struggle with nutrition and sticking with meal plans.. but.. it’s work in progess anyways.

Gotta find me a decent low-priced body fat calculator.

Thinking of picking up Muscletech Vapo and Halo as pre and post workout drink.. any thoughts people?

196 total pushups today!!!!! Woohoooo!! Some were not pretty and involved grunting and some funny faces I am sure but HELL 196 pushups!!!!!!!

Standard pushups, military pushups, wide fly push ups, decline push ups, diamond push ups (especially proud of those today!) and dive bomber pushups.

Still working hard on those pull-ups and chin-ups too.

Bought N-O-explode today, gonna give a go and see if it does anything.

Tomorrow .. plyometrics… whooohoooooooooooooooooooooooo ow ow ow ow ow!!!

Worked on arms and core work today. Waiting for my P90X dvds… my housemate has resolved to start exercising and maybe by watching me do the P90X workouts she will be motivated.

Personal note - I need to take multivitamins and look up supplements. I wonder what’s a good start?
