Tuesday, January 27th, 2009Took me a couple days to get my head back on straight.. rather than just pick up where I left off I have decided to just hit the reset button and redo P90x from day 1. So today.. chest and back.. 235 total pushups. Elbow felt a little wonky when I did diamond pushups unfortunately.. not bad, just had to be a little careful. Pull ups are getting a weeeeee bit easier. Have the motion going right and am definitely feeling stronger.
Am going to spend next couple of hours working on my nutrition and eating plan for the next 2 weeks. For some reason nutrition is the hardest thing for me to conquer. I presently struggle with nutrition and sticking with meal plans.. but.. it’s work in progess anyways.
Gotta find me a decent low-priced body fat calculator.
Thinking of picking up Muscletech Vapo and Halo as pre and post workout drink.. any thoughts people?
