I have lost my way and am trying to get back on track. I have been working way too much lately, and my schedule is such that I sleep maybe 4 hours a night, with intermitten naps throughout the day. It has hurt my training as I feel fatigued and absolutely unmotivated to do anything, including lifting. This needs to stop, and my body fat % is going up and I just feel YUCK and sluggish. I need to hit the reset button, and change my work schedule .. it is pulling me down fast.
