Shoulders and arms today + ab ripper X. Also started baby steps to training for my first 5k.. I have truly poor endurance when it comes to cardio, so all I did today was 60 secs jogging, followed by 90 secs walking and continued thus for 20 mins. Didn’t feel too bad, came home had some food and just took my Noexplode.
When I started the day I didn’t think I was feeling strong but that changed when I got to the gym - I loved that.
I’m going to get time off in march so I can go to the Arnold classic this year. I have never been but I am very very excited about it! I know coming home from that I will be even more pumped for the next step!
