Loving P90x so far! The pull-ups are definitely hardest for me but each time I (attempt) to do them it gets better. Am alternating between using bands as well as the chair for a little help. Left shoulder seems a little tweaked (from old injury) just gotta be aware of it and be careful. Loving the sweat factor from these routines.. it’s consistantly keeping the heart rate up, working all every part of the body, Tony is a great goofball of a motivator (all good things) and is challenging. Yoga X is hardcore as it’s one posture after the other but whooooohoooo it’s awesome. And the ab ripper X what an awesome burn.
Week one over. Feeling damn good and motivated.. bring on week two.
