Day one of P90X. Chest & back + ab ripper x = holy shit super awesome workout!!
The variety of push ups were killer… totally awesome and pushed myself hard.. but man alive I have some weak back muscles! Wide pull-ups, reverse grip chin-ups, close grip overhand pull ups.. I needed a chair for support.
Bought the iron gym workout bar - easy to assemble, works as promised. Am using fitness tubes till I figure out a way to buy cheap dumbells.. these dumbells are expensive!
New goal = one decent pull up without looking like a tail-less monkey!!!!!
Can’t wait for day 2!
Now food food food!

Pull-ups can definitly be hard, I’d suggest some resistance rubber band to kind of aid you in the motion until your able to do your full body weight, that way you don’t help yourself to much
