12 weeks!!!
Well, I am back to eating clean and taking my supplements!! I weigh in at 116. Considering not working out my 3 days and doing cardio along with eating kinda crappy… I havent gained anything. What I have notice is my legs… They are getting jello again….. so… back on my diet!!! Its another 12 weeks on my own with the help of Rachel at Beverly International. Gotta love them!!! Wish me luck and I am posting new pictures this week …. lets see how much my body fell apart!! … It will be a good laugh!!

It’s kinda like quitting smoking. You go off, you’re back on, etc.
Good job coming back.
As far as the legs being like jell-o. I like the work out legs my self. Do some lifting with the legs and build some muscle. That will make your pics look good. (at least in my opinion)

congrats on coming back. I just went through something very similar with just not having any interest in weights but I’m back again too. good luck with everything.
