Let&#8217;s see.  I&#8217;ve accomplished some of my goals for the year, but I still have others I&#8217;m still working on.

<p>1) Came VERY close to doing 60 consecutive dips (59).  Need to give it another shot.</p>
<p>2) Haven&#8217;t attempted to bench 250, but I&#8217;ve been working my chest.  We&#8217;ll see.</p>
<p>3) Haven&#8217;t attempted the 70&#8217;s lately, but my arms are a little stronger so I may have a chance.</p>
<p>4) Did 240 lbs on the lat pull down.  It was almost impossible for me to get down on the seat with my legs under the pads.  To max out the lat pull down, I&#8217;ll have to do 260 or 280 I think.  I dunno if that will happen.  :/</p>
<p>I have 3 months.  Oh sh*t better hurry.  :/</p>
<p>Oh yeah did I mention I&#8217;m almost at my goal of 160 lbs, and I&#8217;m in the single digit bf range?  Oh yeah I DID mention that didn&#8217;t I.  Yyyyyyeah.

<p>1] people leaving their trash around. (I mean ALL OVER THE PLACE)</p>
<p>2] people not racking their weights (it&#8217;s not just that they don&#8217;t rack them, they&#8217;ll actually take the weights to the other side of the gym, EZ curl bars, Dumbbells, Barbells. . .  and just leave them all there.)</p>
<p>3] guys walking around with their shirts off (this violates the posted rules).</p>
<p>I suspect it&#8217;s incoming undergraduate freshmen. Bunch of punks need to get schooled.

<p>Things are coming along.  Slowly, but they&#8217;re coming.  Nine months until the next Mr. SMU bodybuilding contest.  One year and nine months until the one in which I&#8217;m thinking of competing. I&#8217;m not committing to it.  If the time comes and I think I have a good chance of taking first place, then I&#8217;ll probably enter.</p>
<p>CLOSE to benching 250.  Looks like I should have no trouble at all reaching that by the end of the year.</p>
<p>CLOSE to curling the 70 lb dumbbells.   Haven&#8217;t tried it, but may be able to do it now.</p>
<p>CLOSE to 60 dips.  By the end of the year, no prob.<br />
NOT SO CLOSE to 25 pullups.  Though, it should be doable by the end of the year.</p>
<p>End of 2010?</p>
<p>Benching 275?</p>
<p>Dipping 70 consecutive?</p>
<p>Curling . . . 75&#8217;s?</p>
<p>Pullups?  I guess 30 would be the next step, though I&#8217;d be surprised if I could do that.  That&#8217;d be nuts!
