BenchPress Goal
A’ight. Here’s how it’s gonna work see? I’m gonna do either 175 x 12 reps or 195 x 9 reps to get my 250 *estimated* one rep max goal. (I’ll do heavier weight sometime . . . no spotter so lighter weight for now). For the rest of the year, I’ll be starting most of my workouts attempting this until I’ve achieved my goal.
Single-minded Purpose.

Actually, follow this plan and you should be able to put up 275 in real life, too! Good luck as always.
