Oh Snap! This shizzle is fo’ rizzle!
Maybe ice cream IS muscle food. I dunno. I got on the Tanita, and it must be broken, ’cause it says I weigh 157 and I’m 6.6% bf. Uhhhhhh, okay. Fine with me.
Let’s see. I’ve accomplished some of my goals for the year, but I still have others I’m still working on.
1) Came VERY close to doing 60 consecutive dips (59). Need to give it another shot.
2) Haven’t attempted to bench 250, but I’ve been working my chest. We’ll see.
3) Haven’t attempted the 70’s lately, but my arms are a little stronger so I may have a chance.
4) Did 240 lbs on the lat pull down. It was almost impossible for me to get down on the seat with my legs under the pads. To max out the lat pull down, I’ll have to do 260 or 280 I think. I dunno if that will happen. :/
I have 3 months. Oh sh*t better hurry. :/
Oh yeah did I mention I’m almost at my goal of 160 lbs, and I’m in the single digit bf range? Oh yeah I DID mention that didn’t I. Yyyyyyeah.
