changes

I’m pretty happy with my progress.  I’m seeing more separation and definition in my muscles, having some pretty good workouts. . .but I think I could be doing better.  Awhile back I started working out every other day instead of everyday.  While this gives my body plenty of time to recover, it may be TOO MUCH time off, and I’ve decided to go back to working out EVERY day.  I’ll rotate body parts so I don’t workout the same muscle group day after day after day without a rest.  But, I gotta go back to working out every day.  I have too much down time since I’m out of school and have yet to find a full time job.  I could use the extra exercise to help lower my body fat and firm up my midsection (this is why I haven’t posted new pics in awhile . .midsection not good enough)  So, working out everyday again.  Extra calories burned each week, help keep my metabolism up, hopefully get better gains and lean up some more.

Getting better control over sleep and diet as well.  I lost my focus for awhile around October - December.  It’s coming back now.   That’s all.

Yep, you’ve got to figure out what works best for you in the long run. Sounds like you’re figuring out what you need to make the gains you want. I find it hard to believe that your mid-section is as bad as you think, but it never hurts to tighten things up, right? Now if I could figure out how to do the same…

Keep up the great work. Good luck with the job hunt - but make the most of the extra time you have right now!
