Goals.
New Goals:
25 pull ups. (Beat my goal of 20 pull ups)
Intermediate Goal - Bench 225
Longer Term Goal - Bench 250 (I’m not sure where I’ll stop I’m only 150 lbs. Don’t know if I should go for 275 or something)
Still have goal of curling 80 lb dumbbells . . .but I dunno about that and THAT would be at least a year away . . very close to curling the 70’s right now, but it’s hard on my wrists.

I say go for 300 with your bench! I’m sure your pull ups goal will help you get the bench up as well. I’ll be working on pull-ups myself starting next week and I’m just tyring for 10. I’d be interested in seeing your strategy on how you’ll improve your pull-ups. And do you have a routine for bench? If not, I have a powerlifting routine that’s worked well for me - I’m not sure if I’ve shared it with you already. As always, keep up the great work!
