Goals.
Wednesday, October 1st, 2008New Goals:
25 pull ups. (Beat my goal of 20 pull ups)
Intermediate Goal - Bench 225
Longer Term Goal - Bench 250 (I’m not sure where I’ll stop I’m only 150 lbs. Don’t know if I should go for 275 or something)
Still have goal of curling 80 lb dumbbells . . .but I dunno about that and THAT would be at least a year away . . very close to curling the 70’s right now, but it’s hard on my wrists.
