Update
I’ve added more weight to my barbell curl. Current estimated one rep max is 134. I’m gettin’ there. I finally reached my goal of 20+ consecutive pullups. I’ve managed to put on about 10 pounds (some of it, fat). I’ve gained size in my arms, back, chest, and shoulders. My arms are as big as my freaking face when I’m a little pumped. I’ve been doing a little cardio/leg work recently, stairmaster. I need to stop neglecting my legs, so there ya go. That’s about it.

Great progress! I like the description of the size of your arms by the way, original. I’m working on getting my curling weight up myself - figured it’s time to curl some "big boy" weight.
