fiddy two sets
The weight room was finally open again after the Easter holiday (rolls eyes) so I went in there tonight and got back to work. 1 hour 40 minutes tonight. 52 sets. Abs, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Bis, Tris. Pretty good workout, but I’m going to make some changes to my routine. I only did one exercise for abs tonight. I only did one exercise for biceps. . . . I need to do fewer muscle groups per workout and do 2 or 3 different exercises for each muscle group so I can hit the muscles from different angles . . . . basic bodybuilding knowledge there . . nothing groundbreaking. I hit shoulders from two different angles. Worked the chest from two different angles. But ONLY did dumbbell curls for biceps, Dip Machine for Triceps, and Crunch Machine for abs. I gotta do better than that. I’ll think about it and make adjustments.
On a side note: I’m supposed to write a 20 page paper about Warfare and Violence, but all my professor has talked about this semester it monkey sex . . . monkey sex? Yep, monkey sex. Monkey masturbation. Monkey incest. Monkey sex. See my predicament? Yeah that’s what $15,000 of tuition payments gets yah, monkey sex. (rolls eyes again) hahahahahaha holy sh*t. This is my life???? THIS is my life????! No wonder I’m teetering on the edge. (Another story for another time)
