Sick of TITLES
Another good workout. Wanted more time, but the weight room was closing. Still managed to get in 31 sets and a new personal best with the dumbbell curls. I’m up to 8 reps with the 50’s. I always enjoy making progress. When I started out, I couldn’t curl the 50’s. Now, I can do several reps with the 55’s and I SHOULD be able to curl the 60’s, even though I STILL haven’t attempted it. LOL The website says I should be able to do it, but I’m not going to attempt the 60’s until I’m virtually certain I can do it. Maybe when I can do 10 reps with the 50’s or 7 reps with the 55’s I’ll attempt the 60’s. Just not until I’m sure I can do it.
Not much else to say. Slow and steady progress. I see some of these guys on here that look HUGE and b*dass. Then I look at when they started lifting and see dates like 1996 and 1998. I’ve only been at it for about a year, so I don’t feel so bad. I’m sure after 10 years of this I’d I’ll look pretty huge too. Looking forward to it. I’m a patient guy, in it for the long run.
