Around 1 or 2 pm today I started feeling sick. Didn’t go to class. Didn’t work out. Dang it. I was working out every other day for about 2 or 3 weeks but that schedule’s been screwed up lately. I was supposed to take Friday off and workout Saturday, but I missed Saturday. So I had Friday AND Saturday off, worked out Sunday. Because I worked out Sunday, I took off Monday and was supposed to workout today. Missed TODAY too so that’s another two days off in a row. Did that make any sense? Eh, don’t care.
Sick. Didn’t work out. Workout schedule = messed up. That about sums it up.
Hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow and I’ll get in a good workout.

It’s too bad about getting ill - but if you are sick rest is probably the best thing for you. You’ll be back in the gym and hitting it hard before you know it! And anyway, remember that we grow while resting - so maybe your body is just telling you to take a little break to prepare for bigger gains when you’re back at 100%.
