Went to the fitness center. 9 - 10 pm. 34 Sets. I wanted to do more but the weight room was closing. (closes at 10 every friday) Felt pretty good. DB Curls, Cable Curls, Cable Tricep Pulldowns, Dips, BB Shrugs, Iso Lateral Rows.
Need to work my core and legs more. Need to give more attention to my back. My chest has grown, but I’ve slacked off a little on my back while my focus has shifted to my arms.
Maybe in a year I’ll be something to look at.
