so angry right now. SO angry.
More striations in my chest and delts. More definition in my arms. Not sure about my back.
It seems I’m making slow but steady progress. Maybe in a year I’ll be something to look at.
39 Sets last night. I seem to be doing more and more sets. I may be consistently doing 40+ sets pretty soon.
I’ve set a new goal. I want to be able to curl the 50lb DBs the way I can curl the 30’s now. In other words, I can curl 50s NOW, but I want them to be EASY. I wanna be able to toss around 50’s like they’re nothing.
Started working out again about 5 months ago. (After dieting and losing a bunch of weight) Got pretty serious and started working out HARDER about 2 months ago. Workouts have have been getting more and more intense. Still at least a year away from looking impressive or anything.
I’ve used Purple Wraath, NO Shotgun, NO Xplode, and Trac Extreme NO. (Also one sample pack of SuperPump 250). Still working on my first cycle of Purple Wraath, but I think NO Shotgun may be the best. Still need to do more research. Need more time and experience on them.
